By accessing or using MyPledge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

The platform is primarily designed for students. The following eligibility conditions apply:

• You must be enrolled as a student or affiliated with a registered institution using MyPledge.
• If you are a minor, you should use the platform with the guidance of a parent or guardian.
• Your institute may manage your enrolment and account setup on your behalf.
• Parents and institute administrators may access the platform in their respective designated roles.

By creating and using an account on MyPledge, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• OTP Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access via OTP. Do not share your OTP with anyone.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Misuse Policy: Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent use of the platform may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

MyPledge offers access through subscriptions and voucher redemptions. The following conditions apply:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MyPledge platform:

• Security Bypass: Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security features, authentication, or access controls.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any part of the application or its underlying technology.
• Illegal Use: Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Unauthorised Access: Accessing or attempting to access another user's account, data, or the platform's administrative systems.
• Data Scraping: Using automated bots, scrapers, or tools to extract data from the platform without prior written consent.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating another user, instructor, or MyPledge staff member.

MyPledge is a productivity and wellness tool intended to support students in their academic journey. Please note the following limitations:

• Analytics Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in our analytics and reporting, we are not responsible for decisions made based on platform data.
• Emergency SOS: The Emergency SOS feature is a supplementary tool and is not a replacement for professional emergency services (e.g. 112, 999, 911). Always contact official emergency services in life-threatening situations.
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
• Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites linked from our platform.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Send an in-app notification to all registered users.
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Provide at least 14 days' notice before new terms take effect, where applicable.

Your continued use of MyPledge after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
