Instructions on how to permanently delete your MyPledge account and what happens to your data.
Before proceeding with account deletion, please read the following carefully.
All your progress, journal entries, wellness data, and account information will be permanently removed from our active systems. There is no way to recover your account once deletion is confirmed.
Account deletion cannot be undone or reversed once confirmed.
All personal data, goals, and wellness records are permanently erased.
Full data purge from active systems completes within 48–72 hours.
Follow these simple steps inside the MyPledge mobile app to delete your account.
Open the MyPledge app on your mobile device and ensure you are logged in to your account.
Navigate to your Profile tab and tap on Account Settings.
Find the Delete Account option at the bottom and confirm your choice when prompted.
Here is a clear breakdown of what happens to each category of your data after account deletion.
